Management Consulting for European Institutions

We are working closely with a European institution to improve the delivery of a complex portfolio of IT projects. We supported the transition of multiple projects from Waterfall to SAFe and helped implement new management processes, including project governance, workflows, and tools, to make Agile ways of working effective in practice.

Alongside the framework transition, we managed the day-to-day delivery of these projects: planning, backlog management, team coordination, and reporting, as a result ensuring smooth execution and alignment with institutional goals.

These efforts led to an increase in deliverable acceptance rates, better resource planning, improved workload balance, and more efficient use of budgets. We also facilitated planning sessions, coordinated across teams, and coached Scrum Masters, helping strengthen delivery capability and improve overall project execution.
